Blue Sky Vacation Rentals isn’t built around collecting as many properties as possible.
We hand-pick the homes we represent.
That means looking beyond bedroom counts and amenity lists and asking whether a property offers the comfort, location, privacy and character we would want our own guests to experience.
Our collection stretches from Stratton Mountain, Manchester and Dorset in Vermont to Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
Those are very different destinations, but the standard behind the homes is the same.
They should feel like somewhere you are genuinely glad you chose once you walk through the door.
### We Know Why the Homes Are Different
A family coming to Vermont for a long ski weekend doesn’t necessarily need the same home as someone settling in near Stratton Mountain for an entire winter.
A couple heading to Costa Rica has a very different trip in mind again.
That’s why we don’t think matching a guest to a property begins and ends with:
“How many bedrooms do you need?”
For winter stays, fireplaces, comfortable living spaces, gear storage and access to the slopes can matter enormously.
For extended stays, the way a home actually functions over several weeks becomes more important.
And if the dog is coming, that changes the conversation too. Properties including Chalet O’ Bear, Dancing Bear, Mountain Light, RB411 – Duplex Condo and RB210 Rising Bear New Condo are among the options where pets can be part of the trip.

We don’t disappear behind a listing page once the reservation is made.
