The Landmark at Stratton Luxury condos are by far the most requested location & building at Stratton Mountain Resort. This new luxury building with just 34 units is located in the center of Stratton Village.

Our condo is a large 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 floor unit which has just been totally redone in a very high end upscale manner! We have custom hardwood antique floors throughout the first floor, custom hearth, renovated kitchen with a Wolf gas stove, Sub Zero glass front refrigerator and a Viking dish washer. The bathrooms were redone with high end travertine stone, along with high end fixtures. The unit also offers 3 flat screen TVs with AppleTVs and DirectTV and all popular streaming apps.

We keep our condo to the highest standards and try to offer all the amenities we can think someone would want on their vacation! We offer private parking spaces which are the closet parking available on the entire mountain! Our condo at The Landmark is located on the third floor, contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and measures 1,620 Sq feet.  Whether you are here to enjoy the mountain or to take a short ride to do some shopping in the high end outlets in Manchester this is where we stay when we are at Stratton! You will not be disappointed!

  •  We love Dogs but Unfortutely we can not allow guests to bring pets – although we do bring our own hypoallergenic dog with us when we use the condo. The condo association requires all pets to be registered and approved and that isn’t possible for short term rentals If you do have a your dog and can not leave him with a friend there is a  Pet boarding service in Winhall, Vermont on Rte 30  abut 6 miles- 9 minute drive from Stratton. – Wagmore Kennels. as an option.
