The Landmark at Stratton Luxury condos are by far the most requested location & building at Stratton MTN. This New luxury building with just 34 units is located in the center of Stratton Village. Landmark offers: Private parking just steps from the slopes, ski on ski off access, Private ski Lockers, gourmet restaurant & bar located in our lobby 'Verde', Owners Lounge with Pool Table, Foosball Table, TV and Wireless Internet thru out building, all at no charge! My Condo is a Large 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 floor unit which has just been totally redone in a very high end upscale manor! We have custom hardwood antique pine floors thru out the first floor, Custom antique hearth pine kitchen cabinets as well as wolf gas stove, sub Zero glass front fridge and Viking dish washer! The bathrooms were redone with high end travertine stone, along with high end fixtures! The unit also offers 4 flat screen TV's.

The best way to describe the Landmark is that it’s like a mini Ritz Carlton or a St. Regis in the heart of Stratton Mountain. From the minute you drive to the best parking spot on the mountain and from the minute you enter the lobby, you will feel right at home at The Landmark! The building is right where you want to be! You will not be bothered with the crowds or parking lots. The building is perfectly located to let the entire family access the village, eateries and slopes at a moment’s notice! And don’t forget that getting everyone to ski school in the morning is just a few steps away. Painless! It doesn’t get any better than the convenience and mountain experience of having Landmark as your home base.

We keep our unit to the highest standards and try to offer all the amenities we can think someone would want on their vacation! We offer a private parking which is the closet parking available on the entire mountain! Our Landmark unit is located on the third floor and is a three. Bedroom 2 bath 1,620 Sq feet whether you are here to enjoy the mountain or to take a short ride to do some shopping in the high end outlets in Manchester this is where we stay when we are at Stratton! You will not be disappointed!
