Booking directly with Blue Sky Vacation Rentals would allow you to save on the 10% service fee that is charged by Airbnb, VRBO etc, as well as the additional Vermont tax of 10% because your stay will be more than 30 days.

For Rising Bear Rental :

  1. One-Time Cleaning fee (Deep clean before arrival) - $400
  2. All utilities are included – All utilities – Heating, Gas Fireplace, Electric, High Speed Internet
  3. Security Deposit is 10% of total rental cost (covers Unit Damages, Keys, etc.)
  4. 40% of the 110% due upon signing.
  5. 60% of the 110% due on Oct 1st
  6. No Cancellation or reduction of prices for Stratton Ski Resort closing.
  7. Additional cleaning services TBD- upon requests. (Cleaning will need be done when unit is vacant - due to Covid)

For Chalet O ‘Bear Rental :

  1. Property Management Fee - Includes Snow Plowing for entire stay - Hot tub checking every 2 weeks - Garbage removal - $2,200
  2. One-Time Cleaning fee (Deep clean before arrival) - $600
  3. All utilities – to be paid by guests (Propane - gas will be full at arrival - and then meter read last day) Other Utilities to be billed monthly
  4. Firewood – paid by Guests.
  5. Security Deposit is 15% of total rental cost (covers Unit Damages, Keys, etc.)
  6. 40% of the 115% due upon signing.
  7. 60% of the 115% due on Oct 1st
  8. No Cancellation or reduction of prices for Stratton Ski Resort closing.
  9. Additional cleaning services TBD- upon requests. (Cleaning will need be done when house is vacant - due to Covid)
