Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $95.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $95.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Our family have been long time vacation owners at Stratton our family are an active group who has always appreciated nature’s playground - whether it's skiing down a mountain, hiking up one, or pedaling over mountain roads. The beauty of the Vermont countryside, especially around Stratton, has been a familiar and cherished backdrop for us. It was the perfect location to bring to life our vision of a vacation house, a place where family and large groups of friends can come together, ensuring no one gets left out. We are excited to extend this same opportunity to our guests. Our experiences and memory are ever lasting at Stratton and we hope you book with us and make your own memories! We have partnered with Amy , Carl & Sean and the BSVR team to offer " Beechwood Bear House" and if you need even more space our other units at Rising Bear Lodge- Hearthstone and our other places are characterized by top-quality comfort, cleanliness, and a wealth of amenities.
